Waiting for 2 months for a $2,500 bitcoin withdrawal
I'm fully aware of the waiting period. I'm fully verified with my personal info and BC address. No bonus was used. I am a USA based player and they are based out of Costa Rica. I'm aware of the risk using said casino. All winnings were made on slots.
I have been waiting for a Bitcoin withdrawal for the MAX $2500 from Silver Oak Casino for over 2 Months!! I placed the BC withdrawal request on 3/11/21, as of today I haven't received any email or response from Silver Oak Casino's Payout support team. I have received the auto reply emails, that gives me a case number, but other than that I have yet to get any other form of communication from them yet.
I have contacted the live chat support weekly and each time it's the same thing. They tell me every time that they are sorry for the case taking so long. Then I'm told, seeing as your a VIP (Master Expert) member, that they are going to make my request a "Priority ticket" and they're going to send it directly to their department manager for "fast approval". It'll take an additional 3 business days to get any response from the payout team. How is 3 business days fast approval??
I receive faster payouts from the other Casino's in 48 hours in Bitcoin. Withdrawals here take a minimum of 14 days for BC, even after you have been verified personal information and confirmed the BC address. This is such an ridiculous time frame for a BC withdrawal, but what can I do when that is their policy. They constantly say how sorry they are for the length of time it's been and that they understand how frustrating it is waiting as long as I have. So how can you help me solve my issues? Nothing really..
All they can do is submit a "priority ticket" and wait just like me till they get a reply from payout. Once they do they'll let me know. Obviously I'll know by that time as well. So what are you any good for?
Their system is so broken with no regards for even the least amount of customer service you could provide, that being a phone number to call. Instead they've stated the following:
In order to improve our services, we are focusing our efforts to our chat and email channels. For this reason, our phone team is no longer available. Nevertheless, we will be happy to help you with all your requests in our chat or email platforms.
If you call the number listed on their communication page on the website, you are given an answering machine that tells you to go online and live chat or send an email and then it hangs up. No operator option. No message you can leave. Just a goodbye and click. It might as well be a middle finger.
This is such BS. They already don't answer emails. An auto reply email isn't a direct message dealing with your issues because they tell you that they'll get back to you in 3 business days. Good luck with that.
Then the live operators have no power to do anything but leave a note. Even though they say that they are the only department that has any communication with the payout team! They won't even patch me through to them or 3 way a conversation with them. Absolutely no help what so ever!
My interactions with the live operators have left me to consider if I'm just talking with a bot. Some operator bot that is scripted with no regards for the customer. Only their "I'm sorry".
The other number they list 18443347125 requires a 6 digit pin. I figured it was the case number they give you in the email. Wrong. Why? Because those contain 7 numbers. Turns out they won't provide you with a pin to talk with anyone! Even though it's there posted on their website on the contact us page.
