Silver Oak Casino - Very slow in paying out winnings

Hello, I have repeatedly contacted Silver Oak Casino concerning a very overdue payment for my winnings. The withdrawal has been approved and escalated, but not sent. $296 27-Jan SILVER OAK I have received payouts from them before, but this is just way too long to wait for such a small amount. Thank you for any help! Terri

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this--we've been dealing with a serious backlog with our processors.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent off to be processed. With this in mind, I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your bank account by the end of this coming week.
