Unreasonable delay in payment
The money was won in 2018. Withdrawal was requested and the casino approved $1000 on 11-5-2018. Documents were submitted and Approved. I was very patient and expected it could take 6-12 months as normal paying practice by this group. On 7-4-2019, the amount was redeposited into my casino account. I did not receive any communication about why it was redeposited and not paid. In October 2019 I realized that the money was still in the casino account and not under pending withdrawal. I contacted casino via email. Was asked to submit documents again. I did and then received an email on 1/9/2020 from Silver Oak that I had to use the HooYu iD verification process in order to get a withdrawal. I was skeptical, but Rep on the chat line said I needed to complete that process. I completed and sent casino a message. On 1/13/20 I received an automated email that someone would contact me in 5 business days. I have yet to hear from SilverOak on the matter. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
