Now I want to cash out and they keep on telling me I need to send in the documents which I did send and no one has got back to me.

Unfortunately, I don't have good news for you today. I'll begin by ripping the bandage off and then I'll explain the reasons behind this...
You are not entitled to your winnings and as such, all have been voided.
Now I'll explain why:
First, even if you were entitled to any winnings, it would be for the maximum cashout which is $100, as you used a free chip for this. It's really irrelevant, as you have two accounts with Silver Oak (against our terms and conditions) and have used varying information in creating those accounts (birth dates, gender, phone numbers). Our terms are quite clear regarding all of this:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
As I've already stated, your winnings have been voided and there is nothing which can be done to change this.
I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.
