I like there Casino to play on but when you win and make a withdrawal and your a VIP 4 and rules say you will receive your funds faster If you are a VIP it’s going on 10 days now and it was even escalated a couple days ago . I just get frustrated in that area because you never know when you will receive your money . If you deposit and play you shouldn’t have to keep bugging them about a withdraw that was approved and escalated to be sent out . Hopefully it will come this week . I even send emails but never get a response ...

I apologize for not coming to this sooner--until I received the final notice from AskGamblers, I was unaware of this complaint.
