Still waiting on approved withdraw 12k total
I have used Silver oak for about 2 years but started playing a lot more at the beginning of this year making multiple weekly deposits of at least $100 and finally winning enough to cash out. My VIP status quickly jumped up to VIP4! Any time I had a question I could jump on live chat and connect to customer support in minutes. On top of that I had a VIP Manager calling, texting, and emailing me promotions and even crediting my account with free play due to my deposits. When you play more you win more right? So naturally my withdraw requests increased as well. By the end of February all my promotions disappeared, my withdraw amounts dropped back down to $2500 and I noticed my VIP4 was removed. I got onto live chat and waited and waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes. I thought okay something is up with the system and just try again tomorrow! Then the same thing happened so I sent a email asking about my VIP status. I was able to get a response from the email saying it was just the "algorithm" but the more I deposit the quicker my VIP status would climb! I explained that that doesn't make sense with all the deposits I had made already and now I am still pending a payout that keeps being denied. They told me that the reason I was being denied was I needed to get on with live chat to verify my crypto address. I explained that I have waited up to two hours waiting on live chat with no response and that I have made multiple withdraws already with them using bitcoin (that are not options under my account now), so I asked if I could verify with the email? No response. And my VIP manager will not respond to my text message or emails now! I was over it and decided I was going to cancel the request and just play the $1250 balance and call it a loss. but I was able to turn that balance to $12,000! This is the most I have won! and I know the promotion I used last was a "no rule" and I had already met the required amount needed to play so once again I jumped online and go online chat because this seems to be the only way to get my withdraw. I waited 4 hours to chat with someone and finally I was able to chat with someone who said that my account was not eligible for coindraw (you get your withdraw in about 3 days) but the bitcoin is now an option for me again. They told me to put in my requests again and they would expedite the request. So the same time this was going on at a sister casino as well so they told me the same thing that it would be expedited and it was right away it said it was pending, then approved and within 1 week I was paid by the sister casino but Silver oak though they said it would be expedited but it still only said requested. I Jumped on live chat again and waited just shy of 4 hours. I had 4 requests of $2500 and 1 for $2000 and nothing was expedited. After I explained everything once again and re-verified my bitcoin address I was told it would be expedited. The next couple days I checked the withdraw page and finally the first $2500 is processing! so it took the whole 9 business days and then the first payment says approved. So the "10th business day" was 5/7/2024. I got on with live support on 5/8 and was able to talk to the VIP manager who said I should get paid the first payment, he even gave my his number that I can text so I don't have to wait for live chat since it has been taking so long. 5/10 still nothing so I text the VIP manager and now I don't get a response. The original date of the withdraw request is 4/10/2024. My other 4 requests are just sitting under requested withdraws. Its like I am being punished for winning and cashing out! I have already spent so many hours waiting to chat with someone and it seems like each request I will need to wait 4 hours for live chat and do this all over again! wait 10 business days for review and another 10 business days once it is approved just to cross my fingers and hope to be paid. I read the terms and I know they are able to adjust the amount to be paid. In February when all this started and I was VIP4 I had a weekly withdraw amount of $7500 and the longest a withdraw request took was 3 days. I have the transcripts to the live chats as well as the email conversations and screen shots of my transactions. I just feel I have been beyond patient and it isn't fair that due to some algorithm I have to jump through fire to get things moving.
