Still waiting on approved payment of $2,375

I have deposited a couple hundred dollars total at silver oak casino. After a month or so of playing, I finally won a decent bit and started a withdrawal of $2500 on July 8th. After 14 days, 10 business days I start asking in chat what’s going on. They tell me they’re escalating it and it finally gets approved on the 24th, 16 days after I requested it. Now I’m waiting on the payment which i requested in bitcoin. It’s now July 3rd which makes it 26 days since I originally started my withdrawal. I have spoken with their people in chat and They assure me everything looks fine, they are just waiting on payment team to issue payment.

What worries me is under my profile tab on other sites it shows withdrawal approved followed by a negative amount. Right above that I usually see a manager withdrawal and a negative value of whatever the bonus is. I do see the manager withdrawal, but the amount being sent to me isn’t there.

Not sure what else to do. The screenshots are one of my profile info with no record of my withdrawal. The other is a chat of them confirming my withdrawal amount.
