Still no payment of $2,417

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 4th of January and ever since then I have been getting the run around. I have contacted this company numerous times via email and via text and I still cant get a legitimate answer for them its always we will send your payment in 7 to 10 business days smh! Its the same response over and over.
