Hello. Always the same situation--Silver Oak doesn't seem to keep payments coming without a complaint. I have two pending withdr­awa­ls/­win­nings. Once is $2817 withdrawal request that was submitted on July 25th. The second is a $900 withdrawl request that was submitted on July 30th. I sent an email to their support 1 week ago and have waited the full 5 business days to see if they would respond or otherwise get the pending withdrawals approved and moving forward. I have received no such reply. And so I am now submitting this complaint so that hopefully the payments will get moving. Thanks!

You know I'm always happy to step in, anytime you need help. ;-)

Your payment was sent over to our processor, yesterday: 9/1 Paid $3341 + no Service Fee for transactions #109261538 ($2312), #109261550 ($317), #109261563 ($712). I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week (possibly sooner).
