Silver Oak changed the rules in the middle of the game


I've had a pending withdrawal request since 7/12/2024. Silver Oaks Terms and Conditions have always stated that withdrawal requests would be reviewed within 7 business days of request. Then another 7-10 business days is to be alotted for request to be approved and sent to customer's funding choice.

Well 7 business days after 7/12 was 7/21 and my withdrawal was still pending (not even reviewed yet) so I started contacting customer service. It was at this point I was informed that Silver Oak Terms and Conditions specify 7-10 business days for withdrawals to be reviewed. I knew that was not always the case due to my previous experiences with delayed payments from Silver Oak.

Sure enough, the Terms and Conditions were changed on 7/26! It now states 7-10 business days for review!

My withdrawal request was finally approved for payment on 7/29 (11 business days). I have yet to receive any monies from this withdrawal request despite being told that my request was expedited and should be received "any day".

Today is 8/6/24, 17 business days after my
withdrawal request. According to the T&C that wasn't changed until AFTER my request, I should have my monies TODAY at the latest.

Please advise.
