I used a tikitues promo code that came with a 10x rollover and no max cash out.

I requested a withdrawal on 9/15 through bitcoin after 5 business days on 9/22 I live chatted and got escalated to verify account and Bitcoin address. I provide that and was told the account has been verified as evidenced in the attachments.

I next live chat on 10/5 about the delay in withdrawal and they escalate stating 3-5 business days that it should be reviewed and approved.

I next live chat on 10/13, my withdrawal request gets escalated again with the agent telling me 3-5 business days but follow up in 48 hours. I follow up on 10/15 and the rep states it is still being reviewed.

I can't imagine after account verification plus bitcoin address confirmation on 9/23 why now on 10/18 the withdrawal is still pending? I keep getting the run-around and multiple escalations with no results.
