Pending withdraws dating back to August 19

I currently have 24 pending withdraws dating back to 8/19. For August alone the amounts and dates are as follows:

619 8/19

676 8/23

788 8/25

1102 8/26

800 8/28

1294 8/30

832 8/30

I understand there are weekly limits but this goes way beyond the 7-10 business days. I also have 2 withdraws that have been approved but have still not been sent for payment ( these amounts are 1198$,2131$)

I would greatly appreciate any help getting these processed.

The player played her remaining funds down to zero and has also self-excluded herself from the casino. As a result, there is nothing pending to be approved or paid and her account has been closed.

Another payment was sent off to our processor, Monday: Paid $2480 + $20.00 Service Fee for transaction #171806835 ($2,500.00)

Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 13th, so I would expect the funds have already reached your account.

Your next payment is scheduled to be sorted on the 18th. Once I have transaction details for this, I'll be back with another update.
