Pending Hooyu Verification on Closed CC

Thanks for your help. I find no way to contact Hooyu so I have been sending emails to documents@silveroakcasino.com. The casino shows that I have 2 credit cards on file. The one I use has been verified but the cc that is closed continues to show pending.
I have sent front and back photos of closed account and even tried to send a pic of a "note" that says account closed.
This has been going on for more that a week and I have not had any resolution from my chats, emails to casino or Hooyu. I, of course, am trying to make a withdrawal... So this is very frustrating. All my other docs have been approved.
