Pending Hooyu Verification on Closed CC

HI,

Thanks for your help. I find no way to contact Hooyu so I have been sending emails to docume­nts­@si­lve­roa­kca­sin­o.com. The casino shows that I have 2 credit cards on file. The one I use has been verified but the cc that is closed continues to show pending.

I have sent front and back photos of closed account and even tried to send a pic of a "note" that says account closed.

This has been going on for more that a week and I have not had any resolution from my chats, emails to casino or Hooyu. I, of course, am trying to make a withdrawal... So this is very frustrating. All my other docs have been approved.

Thanks for your help in what turned out to be a very complicated matter involving a 3rd party vendor and Silver Oak. So glad it had nothing to do with a withdrawal issue!

HI,
Yes, Silver Oak finally removed the defunct credit card from my account and the Hooyo process finally cleared and all documents were APPROVED. But NOW they are asking me to provide them AGAIN with all the documents I ALREADY sent to docume­nts­@Si­lve­rOa­kCasino 3 weeks ago when this mess first happened. If I need to again, I will, but it's ridiculous that they can't keep their accounting straight.
