Payouts not received

i have pending payouts with Silver Oak. There website states that they will payout within 5 business days for a bitcoin payout, I have been contacting them since the original payout on Oct 18th and they keep telling me to try back in a few business days. i try back in a few business days and they tell me to do the same thing again. Nothing gets resolved and i haven't received any payouts nor have they begun the process yet i have had all verified since my first payout request. These are the following payouts that I'm waiting on, the one for $236 they said was sent on october 22nd and i have yet to receive it. they made no mention of the one for $104 upon my last message with them:
