Payment stalling since May 1st

On 5/1 I submitted a Bitcoin withdrawal request for $2500.

The withdrawal was denied. After chatting, I was informed that I needed to send in verification even though I had already verified my account through Hoolya and already received one withdrawal.

I sent in my verification information twice but received no response.
