Payment Missing


I am trying to find out what happened to my withdrawal for wire transfer: The request was made on Dec. 21st for a wire transfer of $750. Approval of the request was given on January 9th and I was told it was sent on January 28, 2025, but I did not get a confirmation email and it has not been deposited in my bank and I have received wire payment before with no problem. Can you help with this Thank You. I have a copy of my account at the casino showing approval to pay if it is needed.

There was a bit of an error internally with your wire. This has now been resubmitted and I would expect the funds will reach you towards the middle of this week.
