Owed money since April 2021

I originally made a withdrawal request of $2,500 on April 14, 2021. Shortly thereafter, I contacted chat several times and also emailed my Bitcoin address to the support center (screenshots attached). I ended up receiving the first half of this withdrawal on July 1st, 2021 - but, the other half has been pending for almost an entire year now. I uploaded my most recent documents in the cashier and withdrew the remaining balance approximately 6 weeks ago, in hopes that it would prompt a payout, but there has been no movement whatsoever. I am told the same things by chat in regards to these payout requests - that they will be processed shortly - but, nothing actually occurs. I believe I have been patient enough. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience about this issue. Thank you.
