Over a month since Withdrawal and it is not even being processed yet


Usually, it is hung up in processing and I would have to submit a complaint by now. I have withdrawn four withdrawals totalling $10,000 starting back in early April and am seeking payment. These withdrawals have not been processed and I have received no email regarding them from the Casino. I am hoping the Casino will direct me as to the next course of action or resolve this issue soon.

As promised, your remaining withdrawals were approved, Friday. The payment is scheduled to be sent to our processor later today.
