Over a month since the withdrawal and not being processed yet


Usually, it is hung up in processing and I have to submit a complaint by now.

This withdrawal has not been processed and I have received no email regarding it from the Casino.

I would receive an email from the casino if my paperwork was deficient, but my paperwork is current with them until February, so that can't be the hang-up.

I am hoping this can be resolved soon.

I'm happy to tell you that your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 1/25 Paid $2123 + no Service Fee for transaction #121112380. I would expect the funds will reach your account, early next week (possibly sooner).
