Silver Oak Casino - Not Paying Out Anymore

Silver Oak was paying slowly but regularly up until about December 2018. Then I had to resubmit my documents, which I did and they said they were verified. Then they said Wells Fargo bank was having issues with receiving payments--and I said ok. So I opened up a US Bank account, which they said was a bank in good standing, just so I could ensure no issues with withdrawal payments. That was several months ago and still, payments are not occurring. I've followed up on chat and in emails more than a dozen times in the past several months. I have around 20 withdrawal requests that are delinquent.

To clarify what is outstanding: I have 21 withdrawals pending totaling $16,923 (these are before removals of bonuses--after bonus removal the total would be about $14,750 give or take). The OLDEST is from March of 2018. As I said, they had been paying slowly but regularly until December of 2018 so up until then I had not been concerned. In October and November of 2018 they had APPROVED 3 payments of $1250, $750 and $631 but then my documents needed verified--which I did--but still those that were already approved never paid and went back into pending status. That was the only time I've played here where withdrawals went to Approved but didn't actually pay. So those 3 would be a good place to start I think.

Payment is pending into my account; should clear by tomorrow. Thanks. I also see next 3 pending amounts were approved April 23rd. So things are continuing to move. NOTE: I noticed you're not always getting the amount right that should pay. BUT you've been wrong in both directions and they're sort of even-ing out so far. So long as that continues (overall to be approximately correct) it's "all good". If I see major skewing I'll let ya know...

Hi Matthew--

Another payment was sent off to our processor, as promised : 4/24 Paid $1237 + no fees Wire III for transactions #97817585 ($515), #97817602 ($322) , #97817601 ($400). As there were several international banking holidays in the midst, this wire is likely delayed and I would expect you'll receive it, early next week (if not already).

As far as the disparity between amounts requested and actual payments, there are a couple things to remember: First, you had bonuses attached to the first few withdrawals, which were removed (all bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount) and second, no doubt you're incurring some banking fees for the wires.

I've already put in the request for your next withdrawal to be issued--as soon as I have the confirmation this has been sorted, I'll be back with another update.

Hi Matthew--

I apologize--I didn't realize it had been so long since my last reply.

Regarding your previous wire, there was a huge backlog, but we received confirmation yesterday from our processor that the wire was completed. The funds should be in your account today or Tuesday (as Monday is a bank holiday).

Another payment was sent off to our processor, earlier this week: 5/21 Paid $1631+ no fees for transaction #98437967 ($775) & #98437966 ($502) , #98437965 ($354). I do believe this should reach you far faster than the last wire. ;-)

I've received the payment you mentioned on June 17th thank you. Question: there was a 2nd small payment of $393 that I also received--but I don't know if it's from Silver Oak and if it is from SO, I'm not sure what it is. Tawni can you check on this small payment and confirm if it did/did not come from SO? Otherwise, I am waiting for the next payment; tks!

Tawni--do you have a direct email at Silver Oak that I could use? To ask these specific questions if/when they come up like this one (rather than on this non-private message board?)

I have received the next payment today; thank you! I also see the next withdrawal is approved--but I noticed it was only 1 withdrawal. Normally you approve $1500-$2500 at a time but you didn't this time. Not sure why. Hopefully just a "one off" and you'll get back to larger/normal withdrawals so we can stay on track of getting caught up! Tks.

I'm so sorry for not getting back to you sooner--things sort of got away from me. :-/

To be honest, I'm not all that sure why that small payment was issued as it was (I would have thought it would have been bundled with your next withdrawal). I'll need to speak with our Payments Manager when she get in, Monday, to find out what happened.

Tawni--at this pace Silver Oak (and this particular open complaint) will be fully up to date (no more delinquencies) within about the next month. Question: do you "want" me to open a complaint for Slot Madness to track our progress on that one next? If the payments for Slot Madness follow after we are done with Silver Oak and they proceed in a timely fashion, I don't NEED to open up a complaint for it. But if we think it's better to keep track of it on here then I will certainly open it. (As you may recall, I agreed to close that separate complaint earlier so we could just focus on Silver Oak first).

There was an error in the batch of wires which were sent on the 17th--this is what has caused the delay. I've been told that the wires in this batch will reach player's accounts towards the middle of this week. And I do apologize for the delay.

Hello. Yes, I received a payment on Oct 4th and I have another one hitting my count right now (Oct 10th). I also see the next 2 sets of withdrawals are already approved as well. We're getting close to being entirely complete with the Silver Oak account. Presumably starting in November we can then focus on Slot Madness!

Speaking of Slot Madness--did we decide--it it best to load a new "complaint" for slot madness to track our progress on closing out that account as well? If we move onto that account and keep payments coming similar to Silver Oak has been getting cleaned up then I don't "Need" to put in the complaint. On the other hand if the complain is a good communication venue and useful to ensure we stay on track, certainly I can reissue a complaint and we can keep in touch on here. Did you have an opinio­n/p­ref­ere­nce­/th­ought?
