Not paying me


On 9/06 my winnings of 2500 were sent to the payment processor. Today it is now 4 weeks past that date and still no payment. I feel that these delays are not a good way to do business. Why can some casinos pay within 10 minutes but all of these related casinos take weeks to pay. I would like my money. Thank you!

I've checked on your account and I do see that your payment was sent to our processor on 9//15, however, I'm not finding the confirmation that the wire was completed. I've sent a query through to our processor asking what has happened with this.

Please give me a day or two with this--I should be able to have this resolved for you quickly. As soon as I have a reply, I'll be back to update you.
