On Nov. 06, 2020 had a chat with Brent < surname removed >, He notice I had a withdrawal of $1300.00. He told me he would follow up request for this to be Prioritized. Also allow 3 business days for next update. ( Which I Did )

On Nov. 11, 2020 had a chat with Kriss < surname removed >, she apologize for the delay, she would personally make an escalation for the withdrawals to her relevant team, have the withdrawals move forward. Once again I was told to allow 3 to 5 business days for an update.

On Nov. 17 had a chat Ralph < surname removed >, he could see I have pending withdrawals for a total a $4500.00, an request for escalated was already put in place. Y

He assure me a relevant department is already working on my withdrawals request.


I'm submitting this complaint due to fact I had problems with Silver Oaks and Planet 7 casinos in the past.

The terms and Condition are : Review of withdrawals within 7 days.,

Payments of withdrawals within 7 to 10 days.

As you can see Payments of these withdrawals are well over due.

I've just looked into your account and I have good news/bad news for you. Lemme get the bad news out of the way, first...

Your $200 withdrawal was denied, as you used a bonus to reach that withdrawal amount (VIPCHASE (8 of 9999) $247.50). As you likely already are aware, all bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such removed from the total withdrawal amount. In this case, there are not enough funds to cover the bonus, let alone any withdrawal.

In the same vein, you used a bonus to build your $2500 withdrawal (VIPKICKSTART $275). As a result, that $275 bonus amount was removed from your total withdrawal amount.

Now let's get back to the good news...

Your remaining withdrawals were sent off to our processor, last Thursday: 11/26 Paid $2525 + no Service Fees for transactions 111239816 ($2225),,111239822 ($500). I do expect you'll find the funds in your account before the end of this week. ;-)
