No response from Silver Oak Casino

On Wednesday June 14th I was playing the online casino game Fortunate Buddha. During phase where I had won free spins the game locked up, maybe because of a jackpot, I do not know. I tried to play the game rest of the day and still frozen. I tried to play other games and message repeated that I need to finish the game Fortunate Buddha. I have tried to unstick this game for days and repeated sent messages to Silver Oak Casino on the issue, even took a screen shot of the problem.

I send over 6 different emails to Silver Oak. In the meantime Silver Oak send me 3 separate case numbers that they would follow up: 152673190 152725261 152694892. I have waited 14 days and no response.

To resolve the issue I decided to withdraw my $400 funds from Silver Oak Casino and go play someplace else. When tried with withdraw, the Casino wanted to use an online tool called HooYU which would access my phone for a selfie and photo of my drivers license. This tool did not work. I therefore took the initiative to send Silver Oak a photo selfie and photo of my driver's license.

There were no bonuses involved when I started playing two weeks ago. My address, name, contact information is correct in their data base. I also provided my current cell phone number.

My request is to withdraw funds from this casino. However, there has been no response from the casino my my withdrawal request. I gave up after 2 weeks when the Fortunate Buddha game froze. I tried 3 different browsers, I tried my cell phone but the Silver Oak casino blocked my playing...maybe a jackpot or big win, I do not know. I would like this issue resolved and funds sent to me, a check withdrawal is ok.

Hi Gary--

I've already responded and I believe I was quite clear:

The issue at hand is that you've broken the following terms and conditions:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

--

All of this began in February, 2015--you used seven free chips in a row without ever depositing. You tried to redeem several more coupons throughout March of that same year and when those attempts failed, you did not log in to your account until June of this year. When you did return, you used the comp points which had been stored in your account to build your balance, however, you were not entitled to these points due to the fact that you'd never deposited.

Cutting to the chase, you are not entitled to any winnings. If there was some sort of glitch (which we've been unable to locate) involving Fortunate Buddah, it's of no consequence, as you're already in breach of our terms and conditions.
