I submitted my documents 10 days to 2 weeks ago and no one has ever responded. I googled the issue to see if others have experienced the same thing and it's obviously very common for them to do. Seems like they give people free chips and spins hoping they will deposit money, but then never respond to those who actually win money. It's hard to believe how many different people have had to go through this and this casino can still be operating.
Dear all,
As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
Dear @stv0626,

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Before I give you information on your payment, I'd like to address the emails you sent me, last week...
On Thursday, I received a copy of only the front of your ID (even though I'd mentioned in my previous post that we needed a copy of the back). Your message in the email was this:
"Please send whatever can be sent asap. Ty."
I replied the same day explaining we needed a copy of the back of the ID, which you sent, Friday...along with this lovely message:
"I sent the documents in multiple times. My balance up until about 3 days ago was between $700-900. I kept waiting for a direct response to my email address and when I never received one, I gambled recklessly thinking I'd never see $1 of it and lost everything over the last 3 days. Of course I would've never gambled like that if there weren't so many similar complaints online about you doing the same thing to so many others. Make me a fair settlement offer.
If not, Jesus WILL hold you ac" (remaining message cut off by photo)
This was followed up by your next email, Saturday:
"Hi Tawni, thanks for not getting back to me as I expected. What are my bonus points worth? I'm sure you don't know who Jesus Christ is because if you did you wouldn't be doing what you do. I'm trying to help you understand what's about to happen becau" (remaining message cut off by photo)
Let's begin with your email from Friday: This was a free chip and you were never going to receive more than $100, according to the terms, which was already explained to you. Whether you had the self-control to maintain more than that in your withdrawal amount is your issue--not mine and not the casino's. It's irrelevant, anyhow, due to the free chip term.
Again, you've not spent one thin dime in our casino. You've used Jesus in an effort to strong-arm money which was not even due to you (above the $100)...and then used Jesus' name to cast some sort of threat on me. If you genuinely believe this is the best tactic to use towards someone who was trying to help you, you are severely misguided.
You should know that the payment was issued to your wallet, earlier today: 10/9 Paid $100 (0.00513505) + no Service Fee BTC for transaction #127073421.
This was paid to you, NOT because of your horribly offensive and rude emails. It was paid to you because it was due to you, according to our terms. Truth be told, I did not want this payment to be issued, but I took care of it because it was the correct thing to do. I also made certain that you are banned from every one of our casinos...because this is also the correct thing to do.
Tawni
