Non-payment of $7500.00 plus $600.00 = 8100.00.

On Jan. 09, 2021 won an Jackpot of $7500.00 plus in Jan. 2021 won $600.00. I have not received any payments for these winnings. Its has been one month to the day that I have checked my account and nothing has been paid. I had chats with with Ralph <surname removed> on Jan. 11, I was inform ($600.00) pay out amount $384.00 and the ($2500.00) pay out amount $2245.00 was approved on Jan. 4, 2021 it would take 3-10 business days to see it in my bank account. NOTHING.

On Jan.27. 2021 had a chat with Morgan <surname removed> was inform that both payments above was sent to payment on Jan. 20. its now Feb. 8, 2021 One month has passed I have not received any payments on my withdrawals. The other two (2) $2500.00=($5000.00) is still in my account waiting for review upon approval. I have checked with my Bank , it takes 3-5 business day to have funds transfer once receive.

Ms. Tawni. Please check these withdrawals as they are well over due.

Regarding the coupon issue, this really isn't something within my wheelhouse, but I can tell you this has to do with wins vs. losses. My best suggestion would be to speak with a VIP Host who can explain things better and help guide you to getting your bonuses reinstated.

On the money side of things, all of your wires were confirmed as completed on the 15th, so I would guess the funds have already reached your account. ;-)
