Hell, I really hope that you can help me. A few weeks ago I deposited 30 dollars into the silver oak casino, and played through the amount. This chip had no max cashout. Games that were allowed were slots and Keno. I hit the jackot on Keno and won $50,000. My brother has an account as well, we both used the same phone number and this is why they are telling me that I commited fraud. We just used the same phone number because we didn't want to get annoying emails. It was our mom's land line phone number. I think that this is unfair, and I really would like my 50,000 dollars. I have been playing rtg casinos for years and years. Please help..

Also, the casino shut down my account and I can't log in. The head guy, Jonathan Noe excepted all of my documents and then waited for me to receive my identification card in the mail so I could collect my money. Then 20 minutes after I emailed the photo of my Id he said sorry, your account is shut down and your not getting your money.

If I would have know that Silver Oak was part of the old "Crystal Palace group" from years ago, I would have never deposited money into that casino. They are even blacklisted on this website. So it only makes sense that they don't want to pay there loyal customers. Give me a break Silver Oak.

Recap, I just called the casino manager, after the other casino manager told me to wait for 4 hours until the fraud department got in. They seem to believe that I have two accounts, one of the accounts they think is mine is my brothers account he of course, has the same last name. I can prove that we are two different people with individual accounts. I can't talk to anybody higher then the casino manager, this is ridiculous. He told me that there is nothing else that they can do, because fraud shut my account down. And he also said that the fraud department won't talk to me because they don't talk to the customers. This rogue casino group has denied my win of 50,000 dollars, and it was legitimate. I do not commit fraud, I read the rules of silver oak casino. And I cannot find the reason that they should not pay me and why they closed my account. I feel helpless it's not fair, I want my 50 freakin' thousand dollars!

Here is the main problem here, I only have one account with you guys. The other account is my brothers. I even told you that he could register his account with all of his documentation, so that you could see that we are two different people. I swear this is bullcrap, just because my brother has an account means that you guys don't have to pay me. WTF is this crap?
