I've got to get verified before I can make my withdrawal request and it is impossible to get in touch with someone from the casino. I've emailed and called over and over trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have left me no choice. I've sent in all documents and I'm verified with their sister casino royal ace. I have almost 5k that I want to withdraw. Please help.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. When our Payments Manager went to approve your withdrawal, it was discovered that you've opened multiple accounts with our casino, using varying but similar personal information. This goes against our terms and conditions:
