Dear all,

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Silver Oak Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hi Edward--

It's always helpful to read the terms and conditions at any online casino, before playing:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

--

After using multiple free chips in a row, you built your withdrawal on your FIFTH free chip. You never made a single real money deposit between any of those free chips. As a result, your withdrawal was denied and your winnings were voided, in keeping with our terms.

You also pointed to a 'Manager Withdrawal'--this is explained in our terms, as well:

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES

13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.

--

As you did make a $10 Bitcoin verification deposit upon making your withdrawal request, the funds from that were returned to your wallet on Oct. 11th.

I've forwarded all the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
