No approval for 45 days then VIP status disappeared


October 9th, I won $5000. The payout requests were split into 2 checks and I have already received the first payment via bitcoin on Oct. 27th.
The second check is still sitting in an approval status. I escalated on 10/20, 10/30, 11/3 and 11/14 requesting Silver Oak to please approve the second check. It has now been over 40 days with no approval on the second part of my winnings.

On October 24th, I won $7500. ALL of these checks are still pending approval. The casino has my bitcoin wallet info because I send it every week to be sure.

Sometime after I won on October 24th, my level 5 VIP status was revoked. So I can no longer access the VIP support team and all my inquiries fall on deaf ears. Due to how RTG casinos are setup, I can no longer get any bonuses at any RTG casino and I do not have VIP support either. I asked why this happened and they said it was "done by the system".

Unfortunately, I'm not able to help with VIP issues. What I can tell you is that there are metrics used relating to each player's win/loss history. For players that whose wins are greater than losses over a period of time will definitely affect the sort of bonuses offered.

My best suggestion would be to contact your VIP Host and have a chat about where you stand on this spectrum.
