Missing payments and given the run around

I won $8447.71 on 10/10/24. It got split into 4 payments: $2500, $2500, $2500, and $947.71. The 1st approval was on 10/24/24 and I received a payment of $2480 on 11/25/24. According to Customer Service, my 2nd $2500 was approved on 11/4/24 and 3rd $2500 was approved on 11/11/24. The $947.71 was approved on 12/5/24. I have yet to receive any of these payments and it has been over 2 months. Customer service and Supervisors are unhelpful and keep telling me to wait. One VIP host actually gave me a date of when to expect my payment (12/15/24) which never happened. They gave me false promises of follow up emails which never came and still have no response past "we sent it out" but that was months ago and money was never received. I have been following up weekly and sometimes everyday and there is no resolution. Please help.

I sincerely apologize for my late reply--I had attempted to respond previously, but for whatever reason, my reply did not take once I hit the 'post my reply' button. I didn't realize this until after your complaint had expired. :-/

The good news is that our processor has confirmed that all three of your wires have now been completed (as of 1/14). With this in mind, I'm quite certain the funds have landed in your account by now.
