I still haven't been paid


I was told by customer service that my bank wire was sent to the processor or 3/3/19. It's been 16 business days which is well beyond the terms and conditions and I haven't received my bank wire. In fact, the time that I received a bank wire was in Jan 2019. I sent my bank statement to Silver Oak showing them that I haven't been paid but my emails don't get acknowledged by the payment center. The amount I'm waiting to hit my bank is approx. 2500.00 minus the fees.
