I never got my winnings of $99.96 that I win

My winnings never showed up on my bitcoin wallet. My winnings were $99.96. I had tried to withdraw the money from the silver oak casino site but it made me deposit 10 minimum to verify my bitcoin wallet which was fine once every thing was approved I was waiting for the winnings to show up on my btc account but only the 10 dollar deposit that I had to make to verify my account was deposited back onto my account on my bitcoin wallet, but my winnings were never deposited and never showed up, even though on the withdraw page it shows that it has been approved and sent but i never got it.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Silver Oak Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. Here's what's happened...

Your withdrawal was denied, because you have more than one account with our casino (this is strictly prohibited). This is what the 'Manager Withdrawal' represents--these are the funds which are voided due to your breach of our terms:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES

13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.

I've sent all the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
