I always have to wait for the payment

I requested a withdraw on November 11 and it was approved but no money nearly a month later. Every time I win it seems I have to do this to have them take a look at it. In tired already of the excuses and cutting and pasting by the flaccid help that is the chat help. Even their normal terms and conditions are unacceptable but when they go behind those what am I supposed to do?
