How long is to long for payments

I am not trying to be a nuisance but I am asking for help to resolve the lengthy delays of payment from Silver Oaks. I have 38 withdrawals pending and I understand their process and the 3rd party delays. However, my oldest withdrawal is now from April, 2024. Any help or assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. I don't know what else to do.

Another payment was sent off to our processor, earlier today (Monday), covering two withdrawals ($5000, less fees). I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week (possibly sooner).

Your next payment is scheduled to be sorted on November 4th.

As you still have another 25 withdrawals to go, I'd like to ask if you would be amenable to closing this complaint and dealing directly with me for the duration? I've attached my email address for you to use, to get in touch with me and I can assure you I will continue to update you weekly via email. Further, you can always re-open this complaint if you have further difficulties (you won't). ;-)

It's been a good week, this week. ;-)

First, your payment from 10/16 was confirmed by our processors as completed on the 21st.

Next, we sent a payment to our processors, Wednesday...and this one was confirmed as completed just hours later. Here are the transaction details for this wire: 10/23 Paid $4980 + $20.00 Service Fee for transactions #170881865 ($2,500.00), #170881874 ($2,500.00).

I would expect you'll find the funds for both wires in your account already.

Your next payment is set to be sorted on the 30th. As soon as I have more details on this, I'll be back with another update.
