Help delayed payments of $22,500
10 business days and still no updates after countless conversations with customer service
April 2nd I won $30,000.00 I ended up getting $7500.00 in two weeks. During that time I noticed my VIP status was no longer a level 5, and I became ineligible for VIP perks including the coindraw withdrawal option instead I had just bitcoin withdrawal I did 9 Btc withdrawal requests for $2500.00 totaling $22,500.00
I submitted these April 9th. Per Silver Oaks terms and conditions withdrawals will be reviewed with 7 business days, here it is the 10th business day and I have not heard anything. I'm still able to talk to my host and she said she has escalated it. I also spoke to two other customer service reps who said they escalated it, still nothing. I even asked if there was any time frame and nobody is able to tell me anything. I'm already verified and there isn’t any other issues so what’s going on? Please help me!
