I requested a payout sometime in October or November of 2021. During my follow up with the Casino, I was told that the funds were sent to the provider on 12/4.
Normally, the time frame they provide from which the funds are sent to the provider and to my account is 7 to 10 business days.
However, I been over a month, not including the time it took for the funds to be approved. I sent a follow up email, but no response.
