Have not received winnings of $987

I requested a payout sometime in October or November of 2021. During my follow up with the Casino, I was told that the funds were sent to the provider on 12/4.

Normally, the time frame they provide from which the funds are sent to the provider and to my account is 7 to 10 business days.

However, I been over a month, not including the time it took for the funds to be approved. I sent a follow up email, but no response.

This complaint has been resolved even though I did not receive a response from the casino. The wire transfer was received this morning.

Appears at this point that it's possible I won't receive the funds for several more days or weeks. I do not think this complaint will get resolved. It's a shame because I've been playing at this casino and the sister casinos for several years and have always been patient. They need significant improvement on their withdrawal process.
