I have 2 pending withdrawals since July 21st I have validated my documents right after I sent several emails and called several times and escalations have been made and they keep ignoring my request. I been very patient with this and I followed there rules and would like to be paid my winnings. I received emails telling me there is no update from customer support but nothing more.
