Silver Oak Casino - Falsely accusing me of using multiple free chips

After months of verifying my account i was ready to withdraw my $100 winnings from my free chip bonus i had redeemed. After all this hassle they finally hit me with the, 'multiple free chips redeemed without depositing', this claim is 100% false. They provided no proof and took the $100 off of my account. I just really want to know why they blatantly lie over $100. i just want a better explanation, because as far as i'm aware the system doesn't even allow you to redeem a second free bonus without depositing, as i tested it on another sister site.

HI David--

I've looked at your account and your claim and no one has lied to you. In the past four months, you have only used free spins and free chips--there was not one single real money deposit.

Our terms are quite clear with this:

https://www.silveroakcasino.com/terms-conditions/

No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

I've attached your transaction history as proof of what I'm stating.

I'm sorry, but you are not eligible for the withdrawal.
