False and devious promotions
These folks aren't playing with a full deck. I've achieved "VIP" status and won a little money. I haven't seen a dime yet because of the unusually long delays in holding winnings and then equally unusually long delays in processing winnings for payment through insulating third parties. The most annoying thing is the incessant bombarding of offers and bonuses through e-mail, directed to me by name, including my user login name and indicating exclusively for VIP's (like 290% deposit match bonuses). When I try to use the bonus (matching bonuses, not chips which will void any withdrawal in process), casino management denies the bonus. The VIP rep informs me by e-mail that she can't control the marketing department and I already play enough and understand the casino well enough that I don't need the bonus anymore.
This is nuts. These are specific solicitations and more than one, after depositing the required amount by credit card (so they have my money), the reason for which was the e-mailed bonus offer (at least one every day); the bonus is refused after-the-fact. Seems like despicable at best and deceitful and purposely misleading at worst. No amount of logical argument has brought relief. These guys are not nice.
I'm not sure if all their arcane rules are purposefully obtuse so they can deny or dilute winnings on withdrawal, but it sure seems like it.
