I've been trying to receive my payout for almost two months. Every time I talk to customer service I'm told something different as to why it hasn't been sent yet. When I prove to them that I've submitted everything they say they've found it and will escalate it for me, but seems as if they never do because I can contact them two days later and they'll tell me a completely different reason why there's no progress. Here's one interaction that I screenshot.

Overall, I just want my money and to quit getting the runaround on the delay. I've been nothing but nice about the situation.

I logged into my account today to see if anything changed and the money was put back into my account again without contacting me. The reason being was payout was denied because of missing docs. I've already been told several times that everything was submitted, verified, and good to go. I have proof stating this. Here's our conversation from today. If you read the screenshots from yesterday you'll see where I told the agent that I'll be told something different next time I contact them. Low and behold, it was true.
