Excessive delay with no explanation

I have asked for an explanation for the delay and I have not gotten any resolution. I originally won $120000 and have received $6250. The winnings are from May. The casino has changed the dates of the withdrawals, so it doesn't look as delayed.

The casino has a $2500 max per withdrawal and so pays on a time scale, however even on their own terms they are behind.

The first payment and second payment of $2500 was paid. Then on the 3rd payment, the casino split the payment and changed the date of the other $1250 that was remaining to September.
