Excessive delay of my withdrawals

In May I won $12000 at the silver oak casino. I received $6250 of the $12000 thus far. However, now the casino has not processed the remaining payments. I still have 3 payments remaining: $2500, $2000, and $1250.

The casino's max payment is $2500, so when a payment is sent, the casino changes the dates of the remaining payments. The casino also splits payments at its own discretion.

According to their terms and guidelines, payments are to be sent out within 10 days. I appreciate any help you can do to help resolve this issue.
