Document issues again
Hi about a month ago I asked for help with document issues. Silver Oak said they did not received them, even though I sent authorization and transfer info twice. On may 7, 2020 I forward them again . May 8, 2020, 5:55 PM I received an email from Travis H. saying they received all my paper work and everything is in order. After my complaint Tawni emailed and sent me the money owed by Silver Oak. Here we are 7 weeks later and they again said they do not have my authorization. I Placed a withdrawal on May 16, 2020 for $130 all cash no bonus. I placed a withdrawal on June 6, 2020 for $135 all cash no bonus. June 30, 2020. I chatted with Joakin Martin asking about my withdrawals. I was told one was not approved and one was place back into my account. I asked why? The rep said I need to update my authorization. I said this was done back on May 7,2020. The rep said I must do it again. This makes no sense to me. On June 30, 2020, I resubmitted may withdrawal in my account and decided to file a complaint. I would appreciate your help.
