Delaying of $10,000 withdrawals


Have 4 pending withdrawals that have I requested on the 3rd of April. Have not even been reviewed yet. It states in the T&C that all will be reviewed within 7 buisness days and when I contact them they say it will be soon as there are high volumes of requests. I've contacted everyday since day 7 and am not getting anywhere. Please help.( Each request is $2500, a total of 10,000).

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

Your payment from June 13th was confirmed by our processor as being completed on 6/26. You absolutely should have the funds by now. Can you please confirm this?

Regarding your final withdrawal, this was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 7/9 Paid $1835 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #99358226. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of next week.
