Delayed Withdrawals & Processing


I keep submitting my Withdrawals, it says it is emailing a confirmation and I never receive anything. Finally I get a request for updated documentation which I comply with only to see my Withdrawal rejected yet again without any emails explaining why after doing so. I wait a couple weeks more, nothing. I think I have jumped through enough hoops and withdrawals back and forth and I need to receive my $5,000 in withdrawals. I never used any restrictive bonus codes or coupons, so this should be pretty straight forward. Thank you.

I've checked in on your account and I'm happy to tell you that your final withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Wednesday: 9/18 Paid $2146+ no fees for transaction #101556921. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of next week. ;-)
