Delayed Withdrawals approved and pending approval

Hi,
My name is Julie,

On June 29, 2019, I registered for Silver Oak Casino. I made several deposits and I had the chance to win and make withdrawals.
However, my first withdrawal was on July 19th and since then I have not received anything.
On July 2, I sent my documents.
On July 8, the casino asked me to confirm my exact address.
I responded to their email the same day.
On July 9, I received an email saying that my account verification was complete and up to date.

On August 13, I sent an email to the casino and on August 14, I had an answer that told me to use the live chat.

On August 17, I use the live chat and despite that, I have not received anything yet.

My first withdrawal was requested 25 business days ago.
My last withdrawal was requested 15 days ago.
In their terms and conditions, it is stated that payments are made between 7 to 10 days after approval.

I see here that it seems like a recurring problem, but I'm reassured, because the problems seem to be resolved.

Here are the details of the withdrawals. $ 7831 minus bonuses.

Pending withdrawals approved not receive
$ 750 - $ 384 (bonus) = $ 366 express payment approved on july 19
$ 2500 - $ 370 (Bonus) = $ 2130 approved on august 2

The second wire you received would have been for this withdrawal: 9/11 Paid $2250 + no Service Fee for transactions #101121513($1600), #101290157($650).

Your final withdrawal was sent off to our processor, last week: 9/17 Paid $1367 +no Service Fee for transaction #101536554. I've checked the processor detail and I see the wire was confirmed as completed on the 23rd, so you should have this in your account by now.
