On July 09 I made a bitcoin withdrawl request of $2500. It is now August 12th, and it still isn't even approved. I have spoken to customer service several time and they keep saying they are going to escalate it.

I dont know where else to turn but a complaint department unfortunately. 7-10 business days for approval has long since passed. Ive deposited a couple hundred dollars in. I really just want my withdrawl
