Delayed payments beyond reasonable period


I presently have twenty-four (24) pending withdrawals at Silver Oak Casino. The total of these withdrawal requests is $51,000 with no payment at all since February 3. Surely 8 weeks is beyond a reasonable period to get payment. I have attached herewith a copy of my latest email to the casino for proof of claim.

Your assistance to rectify this matter will be greatly appreciated..

Here are the payments issued since my last reply:

5/15 Paid $2118 + no Service Fee for transaction #123314326
5/18 Paid $5000 + no Service Fee for transactions #123366998 ($2,500.00), #123366997 ($2,500.00)
5/22 Paid $2000 + no Service Fee for transaction #123440074

All of these wires have been confirmed as completed by our processor and I would imagine the funds have found their way to your account by now.

It appears that with these last three wires, all payments have now been issued. ;-)

It looks as if there was a bit of a backlog, however, the logjam seems to have worked itself out. ;-)

Your payment on the 3rd was confirmed as completed by our processor, yesterday.

Another payment was sent to our processor, last week: 5/10 Paid $3640 + no Service Fee for transactions #123241947 ($2,000.00), #123241948 ($1,640.00). This payment was also confirmed as completed, yesterday.

I would expect you'll find both wires in your account today or tomorrow (if not already).

Also, a payment was sent to our processor, Sunday: 5/15 Paid $2118 + no Service Fee for transaction #123314326. I would expect this wire to reach your account towards the end of this week.

Later today, another approval will be sorted. Once I have a bit more news for you, I'll be back with another update.
