Delayed Payments (always)
Bitcoin withdraw requested on August 31st for $186.07. At this time I was VIP level 3....which states "fast track on withdraws" . Terms and conditions state "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request". At this time (17 business days later) it has not been reviewed.
Webster definition of the word "All" states "the whole amount, quantity" .
But lets be very clear with this group of casinos (Silver Oak, Raging Bull, Palace of Chance, Dreams, Cool Cat, Royal Ace, Slots Garden, Grand Fortune, Club Player, Ruby Slots) If you make a withdraw request the word "all" does not apply. In fact the word NONE should in my experience. I have had at least 10 withdraw requests (some of them cancelled after approval timeframe had passed)....keep in mind nearly all of these while I was VIP Player...more to come on that in a different complaint. They like to use the word "escalate" alot...or very vague terms such as "soon". If you get a check you very well may have to open a checking account somewhere else as they won't issue you a payment with many major banks. Information they won't tell you. They will say they have had an increase in payments and thats the reason for the delay. It just baffles me how they can use the word "all" when they give you the timeframe...and then literally 100% of my requests (as a VIP player at the time) do not meet those time frames.
