Delayed Payments


Six requested withdrawals made 12/11/21 and 12/19/21 and 1/27/22, for $11,800 total.

Despite reaching out through online customer service and being told multiple times that the issue is being escalated, there have been no updates and no movement on my pending withdrawals.

I have attached screen shots showing the pending withdrawals. I have also attached four of the chat transcripts (though this is not all of them, as there were several I did not note to request the transcript).
